By plane
Ancona is served by the “Raffaello Sanzio” airport of Falconara Marittima, from where it is possible to take both a taxi and a bus (Line J). The journey takes about 20-30 minutes and stops in Piazza Kennedy, which is only 50 m from Teatro delle Muse.

By train
Ancona train station is located about 2 km from the city centre and is served by buses and taxis. Upon exiting the station, take Lines 1 and 1/4 towards the centre. Get off at the stop in Piazza Kennedy, from which Teatro delle Muse is 50 minutes away.

By car
For those coming from the North (A14): Ancona Nord exit. Follow the signs for Ancona and then for the city centre, for about 5 km from the toll booth exit.
For those coming from the South (A14): Ancona Sud exit. Follow the signs for Ancona and then for the city centre. After passing the tunnel, continue straight and after the first traffic light turn left and enter Corso Stamira, where there is a large toll car park, which is only 100 m from Teatro delle Muse.

On foot

Access for disabled people arriving by car
Vehicles serving disabled people clearly bearing the special mark of the Regulation for the enforcement of the Highway Code can circulate and park for a maximum of 30 minutes with a parking disc displayed within the ZTL of Ancona P. zza Plebiscito.
To this end, prior communication of the vehicle license plate must be made, on an appropriate form, duly signed by the applicant: The communicated license plate will be included in the white list of the management information system.
These communications can be made in advance at the competent municipal office via the specifically dedicated toll-free number, if established, otherwise the communication can be made to the Operations Center of the Municipal Police Command at number 071.2222200.
Alternatively, the communication can be made within 48 hours of access by completing the appropriate form, which must be sent by fax to the Municipal Police Command, together with a copy of a valid ID.

Cancellation of registration has to be compulsorily notified in writing by email to the Organizing Secretariat.
70% of the amount paid will be refunded if cancellation is made no later than May 3^rd, 2024. After that date there is no refund. All the refunds will be issued after the end of Course.

The official language of the Course is English.

Certificates of attendance will be sent by e-mail at the end of the Course.

• Join the organization’s efforts: the organization is working hard to make this event sustainable. Follow the instructions that will be provided on site.
• Conscious planning: Before coming to the event, think about how you can reduce the impact of your trip. Question car use and consider more eco-friendly options.
• Respect for the community: the city that hosts the congress is also home of many people, it will also be your home in these days.
• Waste disposal: We have provided waste separation bins, so let’s put them to good use.
• Energy saving: Remember to turn off your devices when not needed. Even phones need a little rest!
• Sharing resources: If you have extra materials or resources that might be useful to other participants, please share!
• Water saving: Water is precious, so let’s use it sparingly.
• Education and awareness: Share what you know with other participants and inspire positive change.
• Minimizing the use of paper: Let’s save trees! Use digital means to access the program, if you really have to print it, choose recycled paper.
